It is one of the most impressive pieces of Architect Kemalettin. It was used as Karaaðaç Train Station until 1974, then as the building of the Rectorate from 1998 to 2011. Now it is the campus in which of Fine Arts, İlhan Koman Sculpture and Art Museum are situated.

Called by the name of our founder Rector, this campus has an area of 3.322.430 square meter with 14.000 square meter closed construction area. The departments related to Engineering Divisions of Faculty of Engineering and Architecture are found in this campus.
İsmail Hakkı Tonguç Campus
The campus has an area of 12.779 square meter consisting 4.800 square meter closed area. There are the Dean's office, administrative offices and The Division of Fine Arts Education in this campus.
