The Faculty of Pharmacy, one of the newest departments of Trakya University, continues to carry out notable activities. The Balkan Pharmacy Student Congress organized by Trakya University Pharmacy Students Association (ETUPSA) and attended by 488 participants from Turkey and Balkan countries at  international level continued with scientific presentations in the Balkan Congress Center for three days. The organizers of the congress, Ayşenur Yanardağ and İsmail Can Beşikçi expressed their happiness about organizing the congress. In the congress, the Lecturer Serap Yılmaz stated that they started off with the theme of “Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Health” and it took a long time and effort to organize the congress. Speaking at the opening of the Congress, the Rector of Trakya University, Prof. Dr. Erhan Tabakoğlu gave information on Edirne and Trakya University and  underlined the importance of the Faculty of Pharmacy, which has carried out significant works despite being a new faculty. In the first part of the congress, after the opening speeches, a concert was given by Trakya University State Conservatory, followed by an introduction film of Trakya University, Faculty of Pharmacy and Balkan Pharmacy Student Congress. After the concert, Assoc. Dr. Buket Aksu from the Faculty of Pharmacy of Altınbaş University, made a presentation taking great attention and being highly appreciated. On the last day of the three-day congress, participants visited the Karaağaç Campus, Sultan II. Bayezid Complex Health Museum and Selimiye Mosque.
