Also in attendance were Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Osman Nuri Hatipoglu, Chief Physician of Trakya University Hospital; Prof. Dr. Abdullah Tas, Director of Health Services; Lecturer Saadet Elmas; and Chief Hospital Manager Ahmet Sezgin.

Rector Prof. Dr. Erhan Tabakoglu provided an overview of Trakya University and Hospital. Prof. Dr. Tabakoglu asserted that the university is a significant regional force in the field of health and mentioning the university`s advanced in healthcare field with highly experienced with his deep-rooted history. Tabakoglu expressed his satisfaction for the cooperation with Kardzhali and defined that they are always ready for any collaborative work.
